The training is distributed along four terms and within two years. Everyone who succssefully takes the exams included in College's curricula and the final exams, obtains a diploma for their vocational qualification. The final examination questions are centrally-administered by the Ministry of Education. Our main purpose has not been altered during the last few years: to apply the optimal ballance between the theoretical knowledge and practical skills in each business related subject. Thus, the students have the opportunity to carry out correct analyses and make right decisions. In this respect, our experience so far shows we have achieved much success in the areas NTC is specialised. And despite that, we continue to improve the details of our training approach to make it even better.
The key factor in all teaching programmes we provide is the collaboration between lecturers and students. We also strongly encourage the individual approach towards the students. Once students have become well aware of the subject theory, the lecturers encourage them to demonstrate initiative and creativity through discussions, case studies, simulations.
Now more than ever, we rely on proven practices in business training, while constantly improving the processes through implementation of innovative methodologies, products and technologies. As a result, training with us is not only useful, but also pleasant and diverse.
